Painting without the Mess

I've bought a set of these Scola Chubbie Paint Markers to test out at home. We'd previously used them by drawing pictures with a marker pens on cardboard and then colouring them in with the paints.

This time E tested them out on printables, printed onto paper. The paints dried quickly and the paper wasn't too soggy. Both E (2.5years) and J (5.5years) like using these paint.

We don't have any space to dry painting at Cherubs, so this might be a good quick drying alternative. Expense V Low Effort craft.

These templates were from mycutegraphic and twistynoodle.com.

2016 - Having invested in two sets of paint pens last year, we have used them regularly, often as an additional craft table with about five different printable colouring in sheets. I often do this at the end of term, then put on the printable when our next session is - this way the parents are taking home a large piece of paper with the return date on. They are very popular with the toddlers as it's instant colour.
