King of Daddies Father's Day Card

I was in Hobbycraft when I saw they had some Easter fluff reduced to 25p, which inspired me to design this King Daddy crown card for Father's Day. Equally, this could be used for Mother's Day with a Queeen of Mummies caption.

The card is made from an A4 piece of card foldered vertically then turned horizonally, to cut out the crown shape, making sure the points of the crown are wide enough and still joining to hold the card together. The length of the card is 20cm.

We're going to decorate with sequin mosiacs, sparkle fun confetti and buttons, as well as the Easter fluff, but you could use cotton wool.

I'm printing captions for the parents to choose from saying "King Daddy", "King of Daddies", "King for the Day" and simply, "Happy Father's Day". (Edit: King of Daddies and Happy Father's Day were the most popular captions).

Here are the cards the toddlers made - they may be a bit messy, but they were made with love (a love of table confetti!).
