Polar Bear Paper Plate Craft

This is a lovely craft that's very east to prepare. The bear shape is precut from the paper plates. The noses are made of felt or cardboard and the eyes black stickers. The cotton wool is from cotton wool pleats, which can be broken up more easily than cotton wool balls.

Put the eye stickers on the plate first, then glue the whole plate. Add the nose and finally the fur. Voila!

Here's a photo of the plate and nose so you can get a clear idea of the shapes.

This was really popular at toddler group, particularly with a couple of the non-crafty boys would actually asked to make a second bear. Some of the tiny ones found opted to put extra noses down as eyes as too fiddly, but they made a wonderful celebration of polar bears.
